Sherman – Child Hospitalized after Three-Car Accident on Highway 75

The Texas Department of Public Safety is conducting an investigation about a major auto collision on US Highway 75 in Sherman, Thursday morning.
At around 9:00 a.m., police responded to Hwy 75 near Center Street to assist in a car crash involving a semi-truck and two more vehicles. How the crash happened remains unclear at this time but it was confirmed that a child, identified only as a two-year-old occupant of one of the vehicles, sustained injuries that were considered non-life-threatening. He was rushed to a local hospital for further medical care.
No one else was injured, as per reported.
Sherman police officials were also requested at the scene to determine to circumstances surrounding the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
