Sherman– Auto Collision on Junction Road Injures Three

The Sherman Police Department is investigating a car accident on Junction Road that injured at least three people, Friday afternoon.
At around 1:30 p.m., local officers responded to the scene of the crash after receiving a call reporting a traffic collision. According to initial reports, a pickup truck was traveling along Junction Rd near US Highway 82 when for yet unknown reasons, it failed to give way to another vehicle that was attempting to make a turn.
The drivers of both vehicles sustained various injuries as a result of the crash. They were sent to a hospital along with another passenger. Authorities did not release their identification pending notification of their immediate families.
Investigators arrived at the scene to determine liability. No charges have been filed as of this writing.
