San Antonio – Victim of Fatal Car Accident on Military Drive ID’d

A 21-year-old man died after getting involved in a deadly vehicle collision on the South Side, Military Drive, early Saturday morning.
San Antonio law enforcement officials said that a crash was reported at around 2:00 a.m. at the intersection of Military and Commercial Avenue. According to initial reports, a pickup truck was seen traveling at a high rate of speed when it rear-ended a compact vehicle. The impact sent the car a quarter mile from the intersection.
One person sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. He was identified as Dylan Trevino.
Meanwhile, two of the occupants in the pickup truck attempted to flee on foot but were later arrested by local police officers.
No other injuries were reported.
An investigation is underway.
