San Antonio – One Injured in Vehicle Crash on Culebra Road

The San Antonio Police Department is conducting an investigation about a car crash on Culebra Road near Northwest Texas Loop 410, Wednesday.

At around 3:00 a.m., an undescribed passenger vehicle had been traveling along NW Loop 410 at an unsafe speed when it crashed into the rear side of a fire truck. Police said the fire truck was assisting another collision within the vicinity when the incident took place. Fortunately, no firefighters sustained injury from the second collision. However, the driver of the car suffered from undisclosed injuries and was taken to the hospital for further care. Local paramedics did not release his condition.

No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
