San Antonio – Motorcycle Crash on Waverly Avenue

A man was sent to the hospital after getting involved in a motorcycle collision on Waverly Avenue in San Antonio, Monday morning.
At around 2:00 a.m., local officers responded to 1600 Waverly Ave to assist in a crash involving a motorcycle and a number of vehicles. Initial investigation shows that a motorcycle was traveling along the roadway when it left the roadway and collided with two vehicles parked nearby. The operator of the motorcycle, who was only identified as a 51-year-old male rider, was sent to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. His condition has not been disclosed at this time.
San Antonio police have yet to determine the reason that caused the rider to lose control of his motorcycle. The crash is still under investigation at this time.
