San Antonio – Jesus Aguilar One of the Victims of NW 26th Street Hit-and-Run

One of the victims who passed away after a deadly car accident on Northwest 26th Street has been identified, according to a local news source.
Last January 1st, a vehicle collision on West Popular Street and NW 26th Street occurred at around 12:30 a.m. A minivan was backing out from a private driveway when it was struck by a pickup truck. The impact of the collision was so great that it caused the minivan to catch fire. Meanwhile, the pickup truck ended up in a utility pole after hitting some power lines.
The driver of the minivan, identified as 31-year-old Jesus Aguilar sustained injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. His passenger was ejected from the car and landed in the road with significant injuries.
According to local paramedics, two more occupants in the minivan were rushed to the hospital for treatment. Their condition was not released.
