San Antonio – Hit-and-Run Collision on Commercial Avenue Injured Two

At least two people suffered injuries after a vehicle crash involving a reckless driver on Commercial Avenue in San Antonio, last Sunday night.

Based on a preliminary investigation, a black car was seen traveling near Vestal Place when, for yet unknown reasons, it crashed into a car parked nearby. The said vehicle then ran a red light and crashed into another undescribed vehicle. Two occupants in the second car sustained minor injuries and were immediately taken to a local hospital for medical treatment.

The suspect driver, who was reportedly intoxicated, was later arrested and will be facing DUI charges and failure to render aid to victims.

San Antonio Police Department arrived at the scene to know the details leading up to the incident.
