San Antonio – Auto vs Pedestrian Crash on Callaghan Road Leaves 1 Dead

A man was killed after getting hit by a car on Callaghan Road in San Antonio, Tuesday night, a local news source reported.

Last March 17th, a man was attempting to cross Callaghan near Ingram Road when a passing sport-utility vehicle (SUV) struck him. The pedestrian sustained injuries and was declared deceased by local paramedics. His identification was pending.

The driver remained at the scene until help came. He was not injured, as per reports.

San Antonio law enforcement officials were also requested at the scene to assist in the clearing. They have yet to determine the circumstances leading up to the accident.

The investigation is still in progress.
