San Antonio – 2 Injured Following a Solo-Vehicle Accident on East Houston St

A vehicle ended up upside down after a car accident on East Houston Street that injured two people last Thursday, according to a local news souce.
At around 1:00 a.m., a single-vehicle crash was reported at the 1400 block of East Houston Street near North Hackberry Street and Intertstate 37. Based on a prelimianry investigation, an undescribed vehicle was traveling along the eastbound lane when, for yet undetermined reasons, it went out of control and overturned a number of times. When the car came to rest, the driver stepped out of the vehicle and then went unconscious.
Local paramedics transported both the driver and his passenger to Brooke Army Medical Center for treatment. The driver, whose identity has not been released, was listed in critical condition with head trauma. Unfortunately, the passenger’s condition was not immediately disclosed.
San Antonio Police Department is still determining the cause of the crash.
