San Angelo – T-Bone Crash on Avenue M Injures 3

At least three people were sent to a hospital following a major vehicle accident on Avenue M, Monday.
In an unspecified time in the afternoon, San Angelo local troopers were called onto the eastbound lanes of Avenue M near Bryant Boulevard in response to a call reporting an auto accident. According to the report, a red Dodge pickup truck was heading east when it made a U-turn and collided with a black Nissan Rogue that was traveling along the northbound lanes. Police said the Dodge failed to yield to oncoming traffic which caused the crash.
The driver of the Nissan and his passenger sustained injuries as a result of the crash. They were rushed to the hospital and listed in an unknown condition.
The Dodge driver also suffered injuries and was hospitalized. It was not confirmed if he will be facing any charges.
The San Angelo Police Department is investigating the crash.
