Salado – Two-Vehicle Accident on FM 2484 Injured One Person

A car collision which involved three juveniles took place on Farm to Market Road 2484, Monday afternoon.

According to Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), a 2012 Toyota SUV was seen heading west on FM 2484 near Brewer Road when, for reasons that had not been determined, it veered onto the path of an eastbound 2015 Jeep, resulting in a collision.

The Toyota driver sustained incapacitating injuries as a result of the crash. He was rushed to Baylor Scott & White Medical Center for further medical attention. His condition was not immediately disclosed.

Meanwhile, the driver of the Jeep, identified as 48-year-old Eddie Williams, of Killeen, refused treatment. Fortunately, his passengers, all were reportedly juveniles, were not hurt.

No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
