Robbery suspect arrested after crashing vehicle

HOUSTON, TX – A robbery suspect was arrested after crashing their vehicle following a brief police chase this morning, according to KHOU 11.
The alleged car thief fired shots near 19300 Park Row, then fled the scene when authorities arrived. After a police chase, the suspect crashed their car at 2600 North Fry Road. The individual became trapped in the wreckage and was rescued by first responders.
The suspect was transported to the hospital and then to jail.
