HOUSTON, TX – A roadway Incident involving Heavy Truck stalls movements on WESTPARK TOLLWAY Eastbound At W HOUSTON CENTER at about 12:20 PM on Wednesday, 22nd of September, 2021, Houston Transtar verifies.
The Incident reportedly affected the Right Shoulder of the road.
