In Order for you to recover any type of compensation, you need to prove that the other driver caused your car accident. Often this can be tough, since the other driver may not want to admit fault in the accident.

Police reports contain essential information about an accident, including the date and area of the crash, contact information of the drivers involved, statements from witnesses, and the officer’s understanding of what happened. In the chance that the other driver received a citation for violating a traffic law, that may also show up in the police report.

This data may offer persuading proof that the other driver caused the wreck and is liable for your damages.
