Reeves County – Semi-Truck Collision on Interstate 10

A fatal vehicle accident on Interstate 10 caused the death of a woman, according to a local news source.
Last Thursday, a semi-truck was seen traveling along the highway when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it drifted into the opposing lanes and crashed head-on with a passing Nissan Altima. The impact of the collision caused the semi-truck to overturn, hitting another vehicle in the process.
The driver of the Nissan Altima sustained significant injuries and was pronounced deceased by local authorities. She was only identified as a 44-year-old female driver.
Police did not release information about the condition of the drivers of the other two vehicles.
No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
