Port Arthur – Woman Hospitalized in Semi-Truck Crash on US 69 ID’d

The Texas Department of Public Safety has released the name of the victim who got injured following a vehicle accident on US Highway 69 near Farm to Market Road 365 last month.

The victim was identified as 22-year-old Harold Zelaya Rosales.

According to initial reports, the incident took place at approximately 5:30 a.m. along Highway 69. Harold Rosales was driving a passenger car when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it collided with a tractor-trailer. As a result, Rosales sustained non-life-threatening injuries. He was given medical treatment by emergency crews but it was not confirmed if he was sent to a hospital for further care.

Police said the tractor-trailer was attempting to make a turn at the time of the incident.

An investigation is underway.
