HOUSTON, TX – A police chase ended in a crash on the Katy Freeway on Sunday night, according to the team at KHOU 11.
Police attempted to pull over a red pickup truck near the 1200 block of Crosstimbers shortly after 10 p.m. The driver, however, refused to stop and drove onto I-45, eventually getting onto I-10. He then crashed his vehicle near Bingle.
The suspect was arrested at the scene of the accident. A woman and a child were found inside the vehicle, but they were not injured. It is not clear why police initiated the traffic stop.
