Police chase ends in crash near Bauman Road

HOUSTON, TX – A police chase ended in a crash near Bauman Road on the night of Thursday, August 6, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office reports.
District 2 deputies had a short pursuit that ended with the offender crashing into a citizen near Bauman Street at Parker. No life threatening injuries despite a terrible wreck. Felony charges are pending. @SheriffEd_HCSO @HCSOTexas @HCSOPatrol @HCSO_D2Patrol pic.twitter.com/XDWqnEiutL

It is not known why the deputies were chasing the suspect, but the individual eventually crashed into another car near Bauman Street at Parker around 12:52 a.m. No one was injured.
