Pedestrian suffers critical injuries after being hit by car on Tomball Pkwy

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries after being hit by a driver on the Tomball Parkway late last night, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.

The crash occurred on the Tomball Parkway (State Highway 249) and Antoine Drive at about 11 p.m., as a man was reportedly crossing the street against the traffic light.
He was then struck by a driver.
The victim, who was not immediately identified, sustained critical injuries in the accident.
It is unclear at this point if the driver remained at the scene.
