Pedestrian struck by driver on E Little York Rd in north Houston

HOUSTON, TX — One person was hit by a vehicle Friday afternoon near the North Freeway in Houston’s Northside/Northline area, according to City of Houston.
The incident occurred at 198 East Little York Road and was first reported shortly before 12:18 p.m.
Details are limited at this time, but Houston police and firefighters responded to the scene of a major collision.
Authorities have not disclosed information on the victim’s condition, but Houston police indicated no fatalities in the event.
