Pedestrian killed in major collision in northwest Harris County

ATASCOCITA, TX – A pedestrian was killed in a major collision in northwest Harris County on Friday morning, according to Click2Houston.

The pedestrian was hit on the Beltway 8 feeder road near West Lake Houston Parkway at around 12:26 a.m. The driver of the vehicle involved remained at the scene and did not appear to be impaired at the time of the accident.

An investigation into the wreck remains open.
