Pedestrian killed in hit-and-run crash on Bellfort

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department reports that a pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Bellfort this afternoon.

Our vehicular crimes investigators are en route to a fatal hit-and-run crash that happened about 3:15 pm at 7500 Bellfort @ Telephone Rd.

The pedestrian was reportedly walking near Bellfort’s intersection with Telephone Road when they were struck by a vehicle around 3:15 p.m. The driver did not stop at the scene to help the victim.

Further information about the crash has yet to be released.
