Pedestrian hit by driver on Northwest Fwy near Cypress Towne Center

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle Thursday morning on the Northwest Freeway feeder road near Cypress Towne Center in central Cypress, according to Mark Herman, Harris County Constable for Precinct 4.
Constables responded to the scene along the 28500 block of the westbound freeway at around 7:45 a.m.
It was not immediately clear what led up to the incident, but authorities said no major injuries were reported.

By 8:46 a.m., more than an hour later, the scene had been cleared from the roadway.
No further information has been disclosed regarding the condition of the victim or whether any charges are expected.
