Pedestrian fatally struck by multiple vehicles in Porter hit-and-run

PORTER, TX (MONTGOMERY COUNTY) – A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash near Porter High School early Friday morning, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter.
The crash happened on FM 1314 Road, near Porter High School, at about 1:15 a.m., when a man walking across the roadway was struck by multiple vehicles. At least one of those drivers then fled the scene of the crash.
At least one of the drivers remained at the scene after colliding with the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
The area where the crash occurred is reportedly unlit.
Authorities continue to investigate the accident and are asking those with any information on the crash to come forward.
