Pedestrian dies after being hit by vehicle on West Little York Road

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle on West Little York Road yesterday night, according to the team at the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
An unidentified person was walking near 8100 West Little York Road around 10:20 p.m. A silver Toyota Rav4 was traveling westbound in the inside lane of West Little York Road. The area in which the pedestrian was walking did not have a sidewalk.
The driver of the vehicle hit the pedestrian and immediately stopped to render aid. Emergency responders declared the individual dead at the scene.
