Pedestrian dies after being hit by car along the North Freeway

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car along the North Freeway this morning, according to ABC 13.
The driver was traveling along the northbound feeder road along the North Freeway when a white male suddenly appeared in front of his car around 5 a.m. The man inside the car attempted to swerve out of the way but could not avoid hitting the pedestrian. The victim was declared dead at the scene.
Charges are not likely to be filed.
