HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian crossing the street was critically injured by a hit-and-run driver on Richmond Avenue early this morning, according to KHOU.
The accident occurred at about 3:45 a.m. on Richmond Ave, near Hillcroft Street, when a woman was walking from a parking lot and across the street. She was struck by a dark-colored pickup truck, which may have been a black Dodge Charger.
The driver fled the scene after striking the victim.
