Pasadena – Man Killed in Head-on Collision on Allen Genoa Boulevard Identified

The Pasadena Police Department has identified the man who died in a fatal crash on Allen Genoa Boulevard near Crenshaw Boulevard.
The fatality was named 18-Year-Old Destani Oliver.
According to initial reports, Destani Oliver was driving a vehicle along Allen Genoa in an unspecified time last Monday. A few moments later, an undescribed vehicle, also traveling along the roadway, drifted into Oliver’s path, prompting a crash. The impact of the collision sent Oliver’s car off the roadway. It continued on and came to rest in a nearby backyard. When emergency crews responded to the scene, they found Oliver suffering from serious injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The crash remains under investigation.
