Paris – Several Injured in Multi-Car Crash on Johnson Woods Dr

At least five people sustained various injuries after a major collision on Johnson Woods Drive, Monday morning.
Just after 9:00 a.m., local officials were dispatched to Johnson Woods Dr the 400 block of Johnson Woods Drive to assist in a car accident involving three cars and a truck. According to the initial report, a pickup truck went out of control and drifted into the side of the road and crashed into another pickup truck that was parked at the shoulder. The impact of the crash sent the truck into another vehicle, hitting three pedestrians in the process. The third vehicle then crashed into a trailer.
The pedestrians that were struck was sent to a hospital with undisclosed injuries. Meanwhile, the driver and passenger of one of the vehicles involved was also hurt and was then taken to the nearest hospital.
