Orange – Motorcycle Crash on Highway 62 Leaves 1 Injured

A motorcycle collision on Highway 62 sent one person to the hospital, according to a local news source.
DPS troopers responded to Hwy 62 after they received a call reporting a car accident. Initial reports indicate that a vehicle that was traveling along the highway reportedly veered into the opposing lane where it collided with a motorcycle. The force of the impact left the rider of the motorcycle, who was identified as 62-year-old Mark Stratton, with serious injuries. Stratton was immediately taken to the nearest hospital where he received proper medical treatment.
No other injuries were reported.
Orange law enforcement officials are still determining the reason that caused the vehicle to drive into the path of Stratton. No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
