One killed in back-to-back car accidents in West University Place

WEST UNIVERSITY PLACE, TX – One person was killed in back-to-back car accidents in West University Place on Sunday afternoon, LMTONline reports.

The first crash was reported around 12:20 p.m. near the 5700 block Wesleyan. It is not known if anyone was injured in the initial crash. A driver involved in the first crash was involved in a wreck near Wesleyan’s 5800 block. One person was killed in the second accident.

Investigators believe speed played a role in the accident.
