One dead, one critically injured in crash on SH-99 in Cypress

CYPRESS, TX – One person was killed and another was injured following a collision on State Highway 99 last night, according to Cpt. John Shannon of the Harris County Sheriff’s Department.

The crash occurred at SH-99 and Tuckerton Road before 9:15 p.m. and involved a white SUV.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
A second victim was taken to Memorial Hermann with critical, life-threatening injuries.
The identities of the victims were not immediately released.
