Officers on the scene of heavy truck accident in east Houston

HOUSTON, TX – Major delays were reported following a collision involving a heavy truck on Houston’s east side Tuesday afternoon.

According to a report by Total Traffic Houston, the crash took place at about 1:10 p.m. on the southbound I-610 exit ramp to I-10.

It is unclear at this time how many vehicles were involved in the crash or if any injuries were sustained as an immediate result.
