Odessa – Linear Williams Hospitalized Following Texas 338 Crash

A man was sent to the hospital following a speeding collision on Texas Highway 338 in Odessa last month.
At around 2:30 a.m., police responded to Texas Loop 338 near Interstate 20 following reports of a crash involving two vehicles. According to the report, a car was traveling along the highway when it crashed into the rear side of another vehicle. As a result, the driver of the first vehicle was sent to the hospital with serious injuries. He was later identified as 25-year-old Devonte Linear Williams.
No one else was injured.
Based on the initial investigation, Williams was driving at an unsafe speed prior to the crash. He reportedly ran a red light.
