Novice – Man Died Following Auto Collision on Highway 84

A head-on collision resulted in the death of one person on US Highway 84, Friday morning.
At around 9:30 a.m., a 2012 Ford Fusion was seen traveling along the southbound lane of the highway when, for yet unknown reasons, it crashed head-on with a 2017 Nissan Altima. The driver of the Fusion suffered from significant injuries incurred from the impact. He later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by medical crews. The Nissan driver, on the other hand, was transported to Hendrick Medical Center. The extent of his injuries was not released at this time. No one else was injured, as per authorities.
Local police arrived at the scene to determine the reason that caused the vehicles to collide with each other.
The investigation is ongoing.
