No one hurt after driver crashes into south Houston home

HOUSTON, TX – A driver crashed into a south Houston home after leading police on a short chase early Monday morning.

According to ABC 13, the driver sped off at about 1:20 a.m. after police attempted to pull him over for speeding.

Moments after the chase ended, the driver lost control and slammed into a home at the intersection of Yellowstone Boulevard and La Salette Street.

Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured in the crash. The driver was taken into custody on a number of charges.
