HOUSTON, TX – A multi-vehicle collision stalled traffic on the East Loop this morning, the Houston Police Department reports.

Multiple vehicles collided at the East Loop’s intersection with Market Street around 6:25 a.m. The HPD advised drivers to expect delays.
