Multi-vehicle accident closes lane on IH-10 Katy EB in north Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A multi-vehicle collision was reported Monday morning on Katy Freeway near Woodland Park in Houston’s Norhill area, according to Houston Transtar.

The crash happened on the eastbound lanes (IH-10 Katy) before Gulf Freeway (IH-45 North). It was verified by Houston Transtar at 9:43 a.m.

It was unclear what led up to the crash, but authorities indicated four vehicles were involved. The left lane and left shoulder were were blocked.

As of this writing, no details have been shared on the parties involved or any serious injuries.
