HOUSTON, TX – A multi-vehicle accident blocked traffic on the Gulf Freeway this morning, according to the officers at the Houston Police Department.

The cars collided at the freeway’s intersection with College Airport around 6:23 a.m. The crash blocked several lanes — authorities warned drivers to expect delays. The incident was reported around 6:23 a.m.

The exact number of cars involved is unknown at this time.
