Motorcyclist killed in wrong-way crash in NE Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A motorcyclist was killed in a wrong-way collision in northeast Houston this morning.
According to the Houston Chronicle, the man was traveling south on the northbound side of North McCarty Street when he collided with a truck.
The motorcyclist, a 32-year-old man, was rushed to LBJ Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries a short time later.
Police do not believe impairment played a role in the crash.
