Motorcyclist dies days after major crash on Fannin St.

HOUSTON, TX – The motorcyclist involved in a serious collision in Houston earlier this month has died last Thursday.
According to a report by HPD, the crash occurred on August 6th at about 8:15 p.m. within the 4600 block of Fannin Street, near the I-69E overpass.
Investigators say the driver of a white Range Rover was heading southbound on Fannin St. when he made a white turn and struck a man on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
The motorcyclist, a 58-year-old man, was transported to Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center, where he died a short time later. The driver of the Range Rover was questioned and released from the scene.
