Motorcyclist dies after being thrown from bike on U.S. 290

CYPRESS, TX – A motorcyclist tragically died after being thrown from a bike on U.S. 290 this morning, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office reports.

The motorcyclist crashed at the highway’s Mueschke intersection just after midnight. They were thrown from the bike and declared dead at the scene of the accident. The HCSO reported the biker was not wearing a helmet.
The crash remains under investigation.
