Montgomery County – Injuries Reported Following Crash on Rose Road

At least one person was sent to a local hospital after a head-on crash on Rose Road in Montgomery County, Tuesday morning.

Just after 9:00 a.m., local police received a call reporting a two vehicle collision on Rose Rd near Farm to Market Road 1097. According to the initial investigation, an undescribed car had been traveling along FM 1097 when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it collided head-on with a septic truck. The impact of the collision left at least one person with injuries. It was not clear if the victim was sent to a hospital for further medical care.

No identification has been released pending notification of the victim’s next of kin.

The Montgomery County Police Department is leading the investigation.
