Mitchell County – 72-year-old Brigido Delacruz Killed in Rollover Collision on Interstate 20

The Mitchell County Police Department has released the name of the man who died in a fatal vehicle accident on Interstate 20, Monday morning.
The fatality was identified as Brigido Delacruz, 72. He was a resident of Loraine.
According to initial reports, Delacurs was driving a pickup truck along the westbound lane of I-20 when, for yet unknown reasons, it drifted off the roadway and overturned a number of times. The truck came to a complete rest on the side of the road.
Delacruz sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
No one else was injured, as per local reports.
Authorities have yet to determine the cause of the accident.
