Sometimes, a car accident can cause serious injuries to multiple parties—and filing a claim can get complicated. For a claim to be successful, proofs of evidence and documents supporting such are needed to be submitted which will be evaluated by the insurer. Documents such as videos or photographs of the scene, police reports, and medical records are just some of the evidence you can use to file a valid claim.
If you are a passenger in a car involved in an accident, the first thing you should do is seek medical attention for yourself and anyone who needs it.
