Mirando–South Texas Plane Crash Injures One

At least one person was hospitalized following a terrifying plane accident near Highway 649, a local news source reports.
The Webb County officials responded to a small plane crash on Highway 649, last Sunday. According to reports, at an unspecified time last Sunday, authorities received a report of a major accident involving a small plane. Based on the initial investigation, the said plane went down near the Windmill Farm. What led the crash is yet to be determined but it was confirmed that the pilot sustained minor injuries. He was rushed to a local hospital for treatment.
No identification has been released.
Local emergency crews, as well as the Border Patrol agents, arrived at the scene to assist in the rescue operation. No further details have been disclosed as the crash remains under investigation.
