Midland – Hit-and-Run Collision on North Loop 250 Service Road

The Midland Police Department is still searching for the driver who struck a kid on North Loop 250 Service Road.
In the report released by MPD, the incident happened at the 3200 block of the North Loop 250 Service Road. The exact circumstances leading up to the collision remain unclear at this time but authorities confirmed that a juvenile had been hit by a black 2000s model of Toyota Tacoma. The extent of injuries sustained by the victim was not disclosed at this time.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Toyota fled the scene before the arrival of local responders. She is believed to be a white woman with silver or gray hair who wears glasses.
Area investigators are encouraging the public to contact them if they have seen a vehicle that matches the description above. The said Toyota has also an extended cab.
