Medics respond to major collision on Telephone Rd in SE Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A serious vehicle accident was reported late Monday morning in southeast Houston’s Greater Hobby Area, according to City of Houston.

Houston police, firefighters, and EMS personnel responded to the scene in the 10300 block of Telephone Road, near Greenswarth Lane, at about 10:10 a.m.

Little information has been provided, but the crash resulted in an “EMS event,” indicating likely injuries to at least one person.

As of this writing, Houston police said no fatalities were reported in the event.
