Medics respond to hit-and-run collision on Bellerive Dr in SW Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A major hit-and-run crash was reported near Villa Barcelona Apartments in southwest Houston’s Mahatma Gandhi District, according to City of Houston.
Houston police, firefighters, and EMS crews responded to the scene at 7222 Bellerive Drive, near the Bonhomme Road intersection, at around 9:00 a.m.
Details are limited, but authorities listed an “FSRA” event in which one party failed to stop and render aid to another party following a serious collision resulting in likely injuries or death.
