Medics respond to accident near Braeburn Glen Park in SW Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A vehicle collision was reported Friday morning on South Gessner Road in southeast Houston’s Braeburn area, reports City of Houston.

Houston police, fire crews, and EMS personnel responded to the scene in the 11300 block of the road near McGee Lane at approximately 10:53 a.m.

It was not immediately clear what led up to the accident, but authorities described a “major” crash requiring an EMS response, suggesting likely injuries to at least one person.

No further details have been provided, but police said no fatalities were reported in the event.
